1. Reservation Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit must be paid at least 10 working days days prior to your *arrival at the property. The remaining balance is due upon check-out.

2. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation up to 7 working days prior to your arrival at the property in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel less than 7 working days before your arrival, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.

3. Discounts for Extended Stays:
A 10% discount applies to weekly stays.
A 20% discount applies to monthly stays.
If your stay is shortened to less than a week or a month, the discount will no longer apply, and standard rates will be charged.

4. No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the 30% deposit will be forfeited.

5. Modification of Reservation: Any changes to the reservation dates or guest details must be communicated at least 5 working days prior to the arrival date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. If you can not reach our property due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control (such as traffic, personal circumstances, road blocks or severe weather conditions) a refund of the deposit can not be granted.

7. In some cases, the deposit can be refunded in form of a coupon. The coupon needs to be redeemed within one year.

8. Payment Methods: We accept GPay/UPI for deposits and final payments.A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit must be paid at least 5 days prior to your arrival at the property. The remaining balance is due upon check-out.

9. Non-returnable items: Anything purchased from our Shop (e.g. ghee, honey, beans).

*The term “arrival at the property” also refers to the start date of any booked Retreat, Trek or Trip with us.
