- The Ayurveda course is designed for students who have desire to learn and live this beautiful science of life.
- The main objective of the course is to understand health from a holistic viewpoint, modern lifestyle is taking us away from nature, through the principles of Ayurveda we will learn to reconnect with the natural rhythms of the nature and develop our lifestyle accordingly.

The knowledge of Ayurveda is like a vast ocean , this vastness can be explored with understanding the fundamentals principles of Ayurveda which forms its base on which the ship of Ayurveda sails
TRIDOSHA CONCEPT
Tridosha are the soul of Ayurveda one would never understand Ayurveda until the Tridosha concept is understood and taken into consideration.
The Tridosha are following:
- Vata
- Pitta
- Kapha
CONCEPT OF BODY TYPES – prakriti parikshana -understand learn identification of different body types.
PANCHA MAHABHOOTH CONCEPT ( FIVE ELEMENTS THEORY )

STUDY OF USE OF DIFFERENT OILS FOR ABHYANGA –
Oil is important part of Ayurveda therapies there are more then 500 traditional preparations of oils used for different therapeutic uses.
We would discuss the use of four important base oils for different common problems .

Study of diet which you good for the person according to their doshas. Vata diet ,pitta diet and kapha diets.
KITCHEN PHARMACY –
We uses various natural spices in our diet which if used in a specific way can be helpful .

Discussion of common ayurveda medicines used widely for prevention and cure .

Days – Mondays, Wednesday and Friday.
